Are love Marriages allowed is Islam?

It is not allowed  in Islam to love before marriage  it is batter to love after you marry,

but it is sunant to see to whom you are going to marry,you can talk to her/him not not in private their should be hre parent mother or father  but it is not allowed to enjoy or go garden,cenima etc..
